REMEMBERING R.A.KARTINI, THE WOMEN I LOOK UP TO, MY HEROINE!!

R.A Kartini (info about her here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kartini) started the campaign to defend women’s rights in Indonesia, through education, and to show your appreciation and respect for her amazing work, it is your time to continue the fight by empowering women and help develop education in the country. Actions are more powerful than words.

I am proud to have been able to follow her footsteps, in small scale I know, but happy that I can show my respect and appreciation of her work, by doing.

HAPPY KARTINI DAY, REMEMBERING MY HEROINE (Kartini 21 April 1879 –17 September 1904)

The women in the picture are weavers from Bama Village in Larantuka, Eastern Flores, where I hope to work with to preserve the culture and develop natural dye processes.
